Card data stays contained
Card details are handled inside the acceptance component and are never exposed to the partner's app.
Only genuine devices accept payments
A phone must prove it is genuine and untampered before it can take a payment.
We keep only what we need
We collect the minimum data needed to run the service and meet our obligations.
No payment is taken twice
Payments are designed so a retry or a dropped connection never charges a customer twice.

We are working through card-payment certification. We do not describe TapAndPay as certified or approved for card acceptance until the relevant certifications and partner approvals are complete.
